Once you have narrowed down the locations that work for you and you have an idea of the size of community that you are most comfortable with, we can assist you in comparing the membership benefits that best match your, and your family’s interests. Here we find many shades of grey – Is fly fishing a guide service on public waters or a private on-site amenity? Quality differences in areas of personal taste such as dining, fitness and spa facilities and staff, and equestrian facilities, can be much greater than reflected in development brochures. Once these considerations come into focus, we look closely at the different membership deposits required for full and social memberships together with the annual dues including HOA dues. Other important questions include -  How are immediate and extended family members treated, and how do existing members feel about their communities?

Once these membership considerations are known, we find it much easier to focus on product. Are there resales that meet your requirements? Should new construction and personal design be investigated? Are developer cabin/cottage products more appropriate than single family resales or new construction? Are there locations within the chosen community that require immediate action?
